Daniel Lozano – Mobile Developer

I’m a mobile developer from Mexico, specializing in Swift iOS/macOS/tvOS/watchOS development. But I enjoy playing with other technologies as well, like Swift on the backend, or Android programming. I got my B.S. in Computer Science at St. Edwards University in Austin, TX, where I was awarded as the Outstanding student in my Computer Science program for the year 2012-2013.

I have worked on mobile development, which is my passion, my whole professional life via internships while I was still in school, at all jobs I’ve had after graduation, and on freelance and personal projects. I’ve worked for US and Mexican companies, both startups and service oriented companies. I currently reside in Monterrey, Mexico.

I am the lead iOS Developer at Icalia Labs. The most recent apps I’ve created at Icalia have been: AireNL, a pollution monitoring app for Monterrey, and Okudoc an app to look for doctors in Mexico. Both apps can be downloaded from the App Store.
